CloudSoft Long Sleeve Underscrub
The CloudSoft Long Sleeve is the same featherweight, barely-there knit our short sleeve is known for — now with full-length sleeves for cold units, early shifts and the months when the OR never warms up.
Why CloudSoft is different
CloudSoft is the comfort-first layer in the range. There is no compression here and no squeeze — just a smooth, seamless knit that disappears under a scrub top and stays soft through a twelve-hour shift. If FlexForm and CoreSupport are the pieces that hold you in, CloudSoft is the one you forget you put on.
Fit & sizing
Fitted. The long sleeve is cut close to the body so the fabric stretches smooth instead of bunching under your scrub top.
Order your usual top size. The size chart on this page is measured from this garment, not borrowed from another style — so if you are between sizes, the measurements are the thing to go by.
Sleeves finish at the wrist so they sit cleanly inside a scrub-top sleeve. Hem lands at the high hip.
Pairs with
Wear it under any scrub top through the cold months, or on its own around the unit. Pairs naturally with the CloudSoft Short Sleeve when the floor temperature is anyone’s guess.

Is the CloudSoft Long Sleeve compression?
No. CloudSoft is our comfort-first layer, not a compression piece. It sits close to the body and smooths, but it does not squeeze. If you want compression, look at FlexForm or CoreSupport.
What size should I order?
Order your usual top size. The size chart on this page is measured from this garment rather than borrowed from another style, so if you are between sizes the measurements are the thing to go by.
Will it show through my scrub top?
No. The knit is seamless and tagless with a flat finish, so there are no seam lines or label bumps to read through a scrub top.
How is it different from the CloudSoft Short Sleeve?
Same soft CloudSoft fabric, with full-length sleeves. The cut is not identical, though — the long sleeve runs a little roomier through the body and comes in XS through XL, while the short sleeve runs XS through L. Check the size chart on each page rather than assuming your size carries across.
Can I wear it on its own?
Yes. Plenty of people wear CloudSoft on its own around the unit and add a scrub top when they need one. It is cut to look finished either way.
