Shipping Information
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days — FREE on orders over $100
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States only. We're working on expanding our shipping to Canada and other countries soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your Ala Underscrubs, you may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at ala@alaunderscrubs.com with your order number
- We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label
- Pack your items securely in the original or similar packaging
- Drop off the package at any USPS location
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We're happy to help with exchanges. Follow the same return process and indicate your preferred replacement item. If there's a price difference, we'll adjust accordingly.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review sizing information carefully before purchasing sale items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ala@alaunderscrubs.com. Include your order number and photos of the damage, and we'll send a replacement right away.
