ALA Limited Warranty

We make every ALA underscrub and accessory to last through real shifts. If one has a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right.

Who is covered

This warranty covers anyone who bought an ALA product new from ALA, and anyone who received it from them as a gift. It does not cover gift cards.

What is covered

Defects in materials and workmanship that show up under normal use: for example seams or stitching coming apart, a flaw in the fabric, elastic or a waistband that fails, or a fabric that loses its stretch or opacity far sooner than normal use explains. This includes items marked Final Sale.

What is not covered

Damage from an accident, misuse or alterations; damage from washing, drying or ironing against the care instructions shown on that product's page; and the gradual changes any garment shows over time with normal use, such as softening or slight fading. Wearing and washing your underscrub never by itself stops you from making a defect claim.

How long it lasts

One year from the day your order is delivered.

What we will do

We'll replace the item with the same product in your size at no cost to you. If we can't (for example, it has sold out or been discontinued), we'll refund what you paid for it. We pay any shipping involved, both ways.

How to make a claim

  1. Email ala@alaunderscrubs.com, or write to us at the address below. Include your order number (or, for a gift, the buyer's name or email if you have it), the item, and a short description of the problem.
  2. Add a photo or two of the defect if you can.
  3. We aim to reply within 2 business days. If we need the item back, we'll send a prepaid return label; often we won't.
  4. We send your replacement or refund once your claim is confirmed.

Damages

Your rights
