Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Fit Guarantee

We built Ala for real shifts — not closet drawers. Try your underscrub on a 12-hour shift. If it doesn't fit right, return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Worn and washed items are accepted, as long as the original tags are still attached.

We Never Resell Worn Items

Every Ala you buy is new and never previously worn. Items returned after being worn or washed are removed from inventory and never resold. The 20% restocking fee on larger returns (below) helps offset that cost.

Restocking Fee on Cumulative Refunds Above $150

If the total refund amount across all returns from a single order exceeds $150, a 20% restocking fee applies to the portion above $150.

Example: a $200 refund from one order → the first $150 is fee-free; the remaining $50 incurs a $10 fee. You receive $190.

Example (split returns): a $100 return today (no fee, cumulative $100), then an $80 return next week (cumulative $180 — $30 of this is above $150). Fee on the $30 = $6. You receive $80 + $74 = $174.

Cumulative refunds of $150 or less per order are not subject to any fee. Exchanges are never subject to the restocking fee.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email ala@alaunderscrubs.com with your order number.
  2. We'll send a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
  3. Pack items securely in the original or similar packaging.
  4. Drop off at any USPS location.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds are credited to your original payment method, and you'll receive an email confirmation when complete.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Initiate within the same 30-day window as returns. Follow the same process and indicate your preferred replacement. If there's a price difference, we'll adjust accordingly.

Final Sale & Gift Cards

Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact ala@alaunderscrubs.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost — no restocking fee, no return shipping cost.
