You tagged us — here's what "YES" means
Thank you for sharing your ALA fit! If we ask to feature your photo or video and you reply YES, you're agreeing to these terms:
What you're giving us. You grant Ala Underscrubs LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display the specific post we asked about — including on alaunderscrubs.com (like product pages), in our emails, and on our social channels. You keep full ownership of your content, and you can keep posting it anywhere you like.
What you're telling us. You confirm that you created the content, that you have the right to share it with us, and that everyone identifiable in it is okay with it being featured.
Audio note. Songs added from Instagram's or TikTok's music libraries are only licensed for those platforms — so if your video uses one, we'll feature it with the music muted. Your own voice stays.
Sizing info. If you tell us the size you're wearing, we may display it alongside your video — that's the whole point: helping other nurses find their fit.
Gifted or partner content. If we sent you free product or paid you, we'll label your video ("Gifted") as required by FTC guidelines.
Changing your mind. You can withdraw permission anytime — DM us on the platform where we contacted you, or email ala@alaunderscrubs.com — and we'll remove your content from our site within 24 hours (already-sent emails can't be recalled).
Duration. This permission lasts until you withdraw it.
